Horrible customer service experience

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Apparently Paris is one of the oldest hotels on the strip and has some poor internet connectivity. This includes wifi and room connectivity on occasion.

We found our room lock was one of the ones with a connectivity issue and it took half our day up and down and waiting for security to confirm this issue and then we had to argue with the front desk to eventually get a room with a room with a door that worked. We then had to wait for security to come up and let us in so we could pack up and move to a a worse off room with an older bathroom and shower. We then called the next day to a complimentary late check out the next day of an hour or two for the wasted half day prior and wreckage to our evening plans. A rep by the name of Rose had said "We understand but late check requires a fee." With no compassion or empathy whatsoever.

We then explained our situation to be met with the rep hanging up on us.

We called back and explained our situation and the same thing occured with a hang up of the call. I would not recommend this property to anyone that values customer service and guest experience.

Claustrophobic guest

Hello. I am due to arrive for a 5 night stay later this month.

I am very claustrophobic and struggle to use elevators. Is it ok to use stairs to access guest rooms. I have booked the Bordeaux tower.

Hope you can put my mind at rest. Thank you.

I booked a room to only see the sphere for my 40th birthday and they gave it away. Then they gave me some *** *** view for the same price.

If I would have known that I would have just booked a cheaper room. Asked the guy and several women on the phone if there was anything they could do, like free dinner, lunch, cab ride, ANYTHING and they all said no.

Discrimination at Paris Hotel

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Paris Las Vegas Hotel - Discrimination at Paris Hotel

On May 26, 2024, I was with a friend, waiting for my wife who was in the hotel room. We were standing next to one of your bars near the lobby when one of your bartenders informed me that I couldnt remain there.

He pressured both my companion and me to leave the area. As we were departing, this bartender yelled Cheap! at us. Its important to note that this was an open area adjacent to the lobby, not an enclosed space.

I believe this incident constitutes discrimination because I was speaking a language other than English. I have video evidence of the bartenders behavior1. To address this issue, I would like to file a complaint.

Could you please guide me on the appropriate steps to take? Thank you.

Hotel Paris Las Vegas

Last 04/24/2024 I stayed at the Paris Las Vegas hotel, reservation ID: 454002****15

Guest Folio ID: 454053****95

This reservation had already been paid in full online, however, when we arrived at the registration they told me that I had to pay $56 for the resort fee, I handed over my bank debit card to make the payment.

When I got to the room I realized that the Hotel Paris, without my knowledge or authorization, made not only 1 but 2 charges on my debit card for higher values.

I went to ask at the desk, and a

woman called FA helped me, who told me that it had been a mistake by the

Paris hotel, she apologized and assured me that she would return all the money

they charged me that night since I had previously made the payment. and it was

a wrong charge by the hotel.

I asked for written support from the manager to support what she was telling me, as she told me that the refund would be made 3 days later directly to my bank.

More than a month has passed since that day and the Paris hotel has not returned the money to my bank card, harming my personal finances.

I appreciate that the money is returned as soon as possible.

I can attach the invoice with the note written by the manager of the Paris hotel for your review and support.

I am attentive to your prompt response.

Stolen items by bellhop

I like to make a formal complaint against the bell hop who handle our luggage on the way out for check out and he stole some items from our bag. I have the name of the Bell Hopper.

We checked out on April 27 between 10 AM and 10:30 AM I want to be fully compensated for the stolen items as well as make sure the bell hop is disciplined. We didn't realize our items were missing until we got back home . We were there for a wedding celebration and were gifted expensive bottles of alcohol Don Julio 1942, Casadores and Mort. The casadores was the only bottled that was opened already but it was still

A full bottle.

He left the portion cookies that were in the bag but took the alcohol.

What person would risk their job to take a patrons alcohol out there bag. This is shameful and disgraceful.

Mistreated from staff and manager

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This will be the first time I write an email in regards to an establishment or employees. I went to Las Vegas from San Francisco last weekend.

Was at your hotel and casino, Paris, on the 12th of November. My family met in Vegas for a reunion. I was hesitant to go as I have a two year old but was convinced to do so. I was told it would be fine even with my 2 year old.

I have not been out in such a long time that I said, heck why not. We were waiting for a table in a near by restaurant right outside, and decided to go in casino for less than an hour to kill some time while table was ready and play some slot machines. My siblings and their spouses and parents were walking around the casino. As we are aware that a child cant be next to slot machines, we took turns and kept moving the stroller so to not have him parked anywhere.

At this point, my mother, sister in law any myself, WITHOUT child, stopped at a slot machine and mom started winning so we became so happy and excited. I didnt touch one machine the entire time I was there. When we celebrated moms win, a cocktail waitress walked towards us, as if to ask us for a drink, at least we thought she was approaching us for that reason. We thought hey why not, lets celebrate this win.

We had not even had a chance to open our mouths, when she so loudly and aggressively said, I am not serving you guys anything to drink, you have a child!! She gave us a very dismissive aggressive look and walked away, leaving us all confused and in aww. We had not even asked her for any drinks yet! Remember, my toddler was not even close to me when she yelled and informed us we dont get anything.

We were confused and baffled. As one, we didnt ask, two, she was so rude and made us feel embarrassed and discriminated against, and 3, how do 4 girls not get a drink when only one has a child and that child was far from us?! It was upsetting to say the least. A lady all in black that worked there walked by us and I calmly asked her why that had just happened?

I explained to her what happened. She stated that that was not ok and that the cocktail waitress could even get fired and that she would send someone over to get our drink order. I told her I am not looking for anyone to get in trouble but that she was so aggressive and loud and had aweful customer service skills. The manager asked me who it was, of course I didnt know.

So she described her to me and I agreed based on her description that it could be her. She said we could order drinks but no one ever showed up to take an order. After waiting, we figured nobody was coming. At that moment I decided to brush it off and went to look for my toddler that was being looked after by his uncle.

I met up with my son and he was fuzzy so I decided to take him and walk around. We stopped by fountain to take selfies. I was nowhere near slot machines, yet any chance an employee saw me, it was to rudely tell me to move it along and not stand here nor there. I never felt so unwelcomed.

I have always believed, its not what people tell you, its how. If they could have just been polite I wouldnt have reached my limit. I went back to find my family to get stroller back from them. I thought they would be in same place I left them but they were gone.

I started walking around casino, looking for them, and my 2 year old was getting very heavy and fussy. I just wanted to find them and leave and every turn I made, all I found was an employee rudely asking me to move. I started to want to cry. Could not find family and had a crying heavy baby.

Finally a man came to me, and said, you cant be standing there or walking around with your child. By now, I have had enough as I wasnt playing or gambling or drinking, simply looking for my family. I told him, yes agitated, Im just looking for my family so leave me alone. He then got very agitated and asked me to leave the casino or that he will have me escorted out.

He said he would get ahold of management to have me leave. I couldnt believe it. Yes I was frustrated but I didnt say aything to have me and my 2 yr old get kicked out in such a vicious manner. So I left and went towards the doors.

I got to the doors and was so mad. First the cocktail waitress then a guy kicks me out. So much for a fun weekend. I was by the doors waiting to see if I saw my family.

And noticed that the rude employee did get the manager! And there they both were from a distance looking at me as if I were such a threat. I was upset and walked towards them. I figured the manager can calmly explain to me why I cant be walking around the casino doing nothing but looking for my family.

What a mistake that was. The manager, named John, was the worst of them all. I have never been treated by a man in such a disgraceful unprofessional and vulgar manner. I approached them and looked only at manager.

Was I mad? yes, but nonetheless calmly asked if he could explain to me why his employee had me leave. Without me even finishing my sentence he asked me to leave or that he would make me. I asked why?

He said because of how I treated his employee. I said to him all I said was to leave me alone. They both looked at eachother and laughed. Never felt so humiliated and so wrongly treated for no reason.

He then proceeded to tell me what a great example you are showing your kid that was my limit, I knew nothing could be done there anymore to find a resolution so I told him to *** to where he answered to me *** you and told me that it was mothers like me that should not have kids. That I had no right to have a child there and that I was a piece of *** Of course by now I am seeing red and thank God my brother walked up right when he was offending and abusing me. The other worker started to record me with his phone, as if I was attacking them, and seeing him record me, while carrying my son upset me as well. What a couple of cowards to attack a woman this way.

Wish I would have been a man at that moment. Then your hotel would have a legitimate reason to kick me out. My brother is a man of words and calmly told him to be professional, that he worked in customer service, that there is no excuse to speak to a customer or a woman that way. He tried to excuse himself to him.

My brother said there was no excuse for that language in front of my child. My brother took me away from the situation. I never have felt so degraded by a man let alone someone in the customer service industry. I have never felt so aweful and unwelcomed in an establishment.

I have never felt more humiliated and low. And today, two days later, I find myself so upset. Wanting to cry over such a mistreat and such harsh words in front of my child. A man talking to me in front of him this way, and me getting so upset to start to begin to get to his level.

My child got upset and cried, not bc he understood obviously, but bc he saw me in a way he is not used to seeing me. And he felt the aweful negative energy. And just that makes me so sad, like yes, I failed him. I dont want anything from this.

I am not in search of anything but for the right thing. To address this matter and teach your employees how to treat all customers, not just pretty hot girls, how to treat moms with kids too. I wasnt aware how anti kids Vegas was. Lesson learned.

Just wish I would have known I never would have showed up to Vegas or that hotel and casino. I will never place a foot there again. I will kindly ask that you take a moment to explain to John that there was simply no excuse for the way he spoke to me.

That laughing at and mistreating a customer, a woman and her child, should never be accepted. Regardless of my frustration, I didnt deserve that.

Paris Las Vegas Hotel - Pre-Registration Online and at Check-in Desk
Updated by user Dec 02, 2023

I’ve tried to call the Paris Hotel to no avail. I filled out an online form, no answer. There’s no way to resolve the issue if no one from the Paris responds.

Original review Nov 25, 2023

DonI arrived at 10:30PM on 11/22/2023. I had pre-registered online because I thought it would be easierwhat a mistake.

When I arrived, with my husband, I went to the Kiosk as directed online. To my surprise, the Kiosk noted my room was not yet readyat 10:30PM, an email would be sent when my room was ready. We went to get something to eat at Bobby Flay Burgers and I gambled some while my husband stayed with the luggage because there was no Bellman. The lines were very long at check-in, Seven Stars and Diamond, along with all of people like me, Gold card members, and I mean long.

There was only three (3) people working the front desk. At midnight, I never received an email, so I had no choice but to wait in line because the Kiosk message was the same as it was at 10:30PM, room not yet readyat midnight. The line was nothing less than a disaster as the three front desk employees took only those from the Seven Stars/Diamond line and no one from the line I was inno exaggeration. People were talking really bad about The Paris and so was I.

It was now 1:00AM and our line was worse than midnightway longer because it was not moving at all. I complained when a Manager came out of the door at check in and proceeded to hold a long conversation with a man who had already checked in but was angry because of the long walk to his room. The gentleman Manager didnt even take a look at the two long lines, just proceeded to argue/talk to the man who didnt like where his room was. Is that the action expected by Paris/Caesars?

At this point I became so irritated, after traveling all day and being in this atrocity of an ignored customer and a Kiosk that obviously doesnt work, I got the attention of a woman working the front desk and I explained they should alternate between the Diamond long line and the longer line that I was in as my husband was with our luggage at the restaurant. At that point, she began to alternate between the two lines, thank goodness.

We are scheduled to check in, yet again, at the Paris on 11/27/2023 and Im very worried and anxiety ridden about checking in yet again and having the very same long line that I consider out of control. We fly to Vegas twice a year and let me tell you, Ive traveled to most states in the US and in Europe and NEVER experienced anything so disastrous in my life.

Terrible service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Terrible service. They failed to clean our room one of the night we stayed despite my partner and I being out all day - we did not hav the do not disturb sign on our door.

Additionally, when I needed an extra room key, I spoke with the front desk and Fa was great but she failed to get a hold of her manager for over 20 minutes at which I just woke up my partner in the room to let me back in.

The gym is also tiny and of the few treadmills they had, one has not worked in two days. There are line ups to use machines.

The front desk person at the spa, a young man, was very rude to my partner and I yesterday afternoon (Sun April 7th) when we were browsing the spa items for sale.

I stayed from Thursday to Monday here and will not be staying again on my next visit. Many other hotels in the strip.

Over charged parking & dirty rooms

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I booked a stay at Paris Las Vegas hotel through Expedia from March 7-10. Upon our arrival, wait times to check in were insane and they only had 3 employees checking people in.

We were told that parking would be $20.00 a day and that we could use our room key if we would be leaving. We never left the parking garage until check out the morning of March 10 @ 5AM, we were charged for parking at check out, a total of $60.00 and when we inserted the ticket prior to exiting the parking structure it indicated that we owed an additional $60.00. so we ended up paying 120.00 for parking, for our stay. The rooms were not up to standards, our bathroom was super dirty and the shower was disgusting, there was blood on the bathroom door frame, completely unacceptable.

During our whole stay housekeeping did not even take out our trash, we had over flowing trash cans during our stay. I called the housekeeping line once and no one came over.

I spoke to a housekeeper that I found on a different floor to see if they could assist as we had other family staying on floor 6 and she was rude and laughed in my face, I was polite and she could have better handled the situation.

I am looking to get a refund for over paying for parking.
